We have always taken our vehicles to Francis Collision Centre. This past year, my daughter was rear ended and I was hit in a parking lot. We took our vehicles to Francis Collision Centre and received the most professional and courteous service. They went out of their way to help us, and did it so promptly. I appreciated all that they did for us and would not hesitate to take any vehicle to this wonderful establishment.
Every person I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and focused on meeting my needs. Very thorough work, and finished two weeks early. Only good to say about them.

We took our car in for repair of the front end. They provided updates on our car via text and phone. When we picked up our car we had questions about the appearance and Bret was kind to answer our questions and even called 2 technicians for their opinions and fix a minor issue. Best place to take your car!
They are all friendly and helpful and do quality work and walk through the process also text updates which was really nice. great job on my 2016 honda perfect paint match. Thank you
Best customer service I have had. My appointment time was respected and all my questions were answered. They were prompt and had my car ready that same week and it looks AMAZING! Like nothing ever happened. Great service.
Was involved in a hit and run, was super sad because it was a New car but my family told me to take it to Francis collision because they always go there and say it was great and fast which is true because they are very friendly and fast. Very happy with the outcome.
Francis Collision Center has been my go to place for any auto body repair. I am impressed with their knowledge and their ability to make the repairs just right. I would recommend them and always do to friends or people I run into who have had an unfortunate accident. I give them 5 stars easily
Unfortunately Ive had to take my vehicles to have them repaired due to accidents. Francis is top notch when it comes to repairs being done and getting my vehicles back in a timely manner. Definitely recommend them

They are the most efficient and organized Repair shop I have ever used. Very friendly and keep you informed about your car repair. The one thing we observed is how clean the bays were kept. I recommend them to any and all!

I have had some unfortunate luck & had to bring my vehicle in 3 times over the last 2 years due to accidents that were not my fault🥹Each and every person at Francis has been extraordinarily helpful, friendly, informative and I have had super prompt service. NO issues whatsoever! I highly recommend them!

I saw the job that this company did to my boyfriend's car and wow! His bumper was damaged due to being in an accident, but they repaired it with great customer service and in a timely manner. This place is very professional and we will refer back to it if anything ever happens again!

I had an awesome experience at Francis Collison. I dropped my car off on friday, and they had my car repaired 4 days later. They provided the rental pick up and drop off at their shop so i had nothing extra to do which made my experience a great one!
Gave consistent updates on my vehicle repair process to keep me in the loop. Received my vehicle back in perfect condition, like nothing ever was damaged. Even washed n vacuumed! Though I hope not to need another vehicle repair, but if I do, this is the place to go.

Francis collision is the best at what they do. In 2005 my brand new Monte Carlo was hit in the side panel very bad. So my insurance recommend Francis Collision to fix my car. After they had my car for a week, the damages on my car looked like it never had a scratch on it at all!
we just picked up our baby, she had a some work done that took awhile but we understand the back order of items and it was worth the wait. they did an awesome job and they back their work up by 💯% . NICE.

We had a great experience at Francis Collision. The front staff was very helpful and good at keeping us updated on the status of our vehicle and estimated completion date. They also sent us updates over text which I liked. They were quick and responsive any time I called as well. The repairs were excellent too. We had Kevin helping us. When we went to pick up our car there were some additional areas needing fixing and they took the car back to fix. We worked with them through our insurance and they handled all of that which was very nice.
Received excellent service on my car repair. Great and regular and ongoing communication. Thr office staff and adjuster maintained great communication with us over the course of the month long repair.
This was our first time using Francis Collision Centre and to tell you the truth, we were a little concerned about the whole process (having never had to go through this before). The Customer Service team at the front desk made us feel right at home and between the service technicians and the insurance people, we felt confident that we were leaving our car in the right hands. Within a week we got our car back and WOW! it looks like nothing ever happened to it! Simply an amazing job and (knock on wood) if this ever happens again, we will be going back to Francis Collision!
My car's repairs were done in a week's time. It's very stressful to have to be in the situation of car repair but the people were nice and sympathetic. Would definitely go back if needed (let's just hope I don't need it).
Let me say that I am very pleased with this place. I've had two incidents where my insurance referred me to Francis Collision Centre and both times were great experiences. Staff , especially JAMES SANBORN my Adjuster, along with Ronnie (inspected my car at drop off), and Rosie (front desk) , are all very helpful and knowledgeable! They assist with getting Enterprise car rental if you should need so that's a plus!! The service to my car was perfect! I personally recommend people go to them when you need a job done. Great place.
The service and staff are wonderful at Francis collision centre. We were taken care of right away with a smile. Absolutely fast friendly service!!!
Took about a month for my car to get fixed. James has been great with updating me on the progress of my car. I appreciate him setting my mind at ease. I was updated when my car was waiting on parts to be shipped, I was updated when my car was going to go into production, and I was updated when a few other things were found wrong. The ladies upfront are so polite and are great at thoroughly explaining every aspect of what was billed and what I had to pay as a difference. They even gave me a free gift! My car was finished kind of late yesterday. They had it washed and ready to go. Unfortunately I was stuck at work until closing so I am here today, the day after to pick up my vehicle finally. Just waiting for it to be re-washed. They insisted it be washed again. I highly appreciate the great service! If anything happens again, hopefully not, to any of my family’s cars, I will most definitely suggest Francis Collision Centre!
UPDATE 3/6/24 - Today, I'm upgrading my star rating because, after my initial review, Francis Collision Center took it upon themselves to order me a new tail light, and they replaced it today. I appreciated that they went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied in the end. They also fixed another minor issue from the initial repair, and they gave it back to me washed. (Sometimes, the little things mean a lot). Pros: I appreciated that Francis Collision Centre regularly kept me abreast of the progress of the repair of my vehicle. Whenever there were delays due to backlog of vehicles or delayed delivery of parts, they kept me informed. The repair was decent. It looked good. Cons: After receiving the car back, not long after, it rained, and I noticed condensation in my left rear tail light that didn't exist before. Clearly, a seal was broken in my tail light which had to have been caused by my having been rear-ended. When I brought this issue to the collision center's attention, they didn't want to do anything about it. They said that "it wasn't the tail light that they had replaced, so it's not under warranty." My point was that this tail light should have also been replaced from the damage caused by the accident. Granted, when they repaired the car, it probably wasn't evident that any seals had been broken because there hadn't been any rain, but once it became clear that it had been broken as part of the accident, I feel that it should have been fixed.

I cannot stop saying how much I absolutely love Francis Collision Center and their team! Wonderful mechanics, cool as heck, ladies at front desk are super nice, helpful and personable. If I ever need repairs, I know I can trust/rely on them, and always will. They will treat your vehicle, like it was their own and if there is any issue after you receive your car back, they fix it quick. I called and was asked if I could bring it in at that exact moment, it was only a very minor, unimportant issue but they treated it with urgency and I simply love it. Thank you Francis!! And thank you for my shirt! That was awesome as well 🥰 the extent of damage done to my vehicle, I thought it would never see the road again, cosmetic was nothing, it was all under the car that was jacked.
Amazing job. My car was done before it was projected to be done. The staff was amazing. They stayed in contact with me the entire time. The work on my car is amazing. Wouldn't have even known it was in an accident. The staff was very nice and very informative. I would definitely continue taking my car here.

Took my 2022 Chevy Silverado after it was involved in the front collision from other two cars that collided recommended through them from my Geico insurance they keep me and touch as progress was going was the right choice they do great work I will always recommend them great service great personality thank you Danielle
Took my car in last week for repairs, when I picked it up on Friday I noticed some scratches on the roof that were not there when I took it in, so showed it to Jesse and he said no problem, bring it in next week and I'll take care of it. Took it in on Tues. and 4 hrs later they had it done, perfectly. I have been using Francis for over 20 years and have always been perfectly satisfied with their work and any follow up, if their was any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends, knowing that they will step up to satisfy the customer. After driving my newer car for only 2 months it was hit in a parking lot....grr! Needed a new front bumper..picked Francis Collision Centre #1) their location; #2) the office staff was great in answering all my questions; #3) how well they communicated with me by texts and phone calls about the status of the work #4) the rental car experience, pick up and drop off at their facility and #5) When I needed to take it back for a very, very minor issue they took care of it promptly and treated me respectfully even tho it was like I said very minor! Highly recommend Francis Collision Centre!

I have an Audi Q5 that was rear ended. I worked with Justin Phister, who was very knowledgeable on my make and model and the facility kept me updated routinely while my car was being worked on. I was given a 2 week estimate for the work my car needed and my car was ready in the timeframe that was initially communicated to me. The office staff was very professional and kind. I cannot say enough good things about every single person I worked with at Francis Collision Centre. To top things off my car was detailed prior to me picking up my car. Great Service 10/10!!
I really appreciate how kind everyone was in office. The gentleman that helped most with my truck is beyond amazing. KEVIN made sure I understood the process every step of the way, and made regular calls just to keep me updated(as well as the ladies in office). Great customer service. Everyone is super friendly. Work completion time was relatively fast and they notified me everyday via text and voicemail letting me know the status. The end result was amazing. Quality work and they detailed my car inside and out before I picked it up.

This place is amazing. The delivery of customer service is excellent the desk staff are great at keeping you updated, and extremely nice. Kevin was my estimator and was very professional, respectful, confident, helpful, and listens which is a great skill for customer satisfaction. I got my car before the due date. Had my car broken in to three times twice they stole it and went on and messed up my windshild. Got all my repairs done each time here and they were able to detail the inside because who knows what they were doing in my car. Thanks for the attention to details.
Went to Francis Collision after my front grill fell off due to a small piece of my front bumper breaking on a road trip. They were quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Amazing customer service. They got me in and gave me an estimate within the week and got me on the schedule in the next few weeks. Front bumper and grill look seamless thanks to their great work!
Having to have my dad have an unfortunate accicendent. I took his car here and was treated extremely well, all my questions and concerns were addressed. I felt very informed daily with the text messages I received. My repairs were delayed only because the incorrect part was delivered which was immediately rectified and was only delayed by 1 day. I would bring my car back to be repaired here, as I have had no unexpected issues. They were also in constant contact with my Insurance agent and completed all necessary paperwork. There were no hidden costs as the quoted price at the end of the repairs ended being less then originally stated.
