UPDATE 3/6/24 - Today, I'm upgrading my star rating because, after my initial review, Francis Collision Center took it upon themselves to order me a new tail light, and they replaced it today. I appreciated that they went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied in the end. They also fixed another minor issue from the initial repair, and they gave it back to me washed. (Sometimes, the little things mean a lot). Pros: I appreciated that Francis Collision Centre regularly kept me abreast of the progress of the repair of my vehicle. Whenever there were delays due to backlog of vehicles or delayed delivery of parts, they kept me informed. The repair was decent. It looked good. Cons: After receiving the car back, not long after, it rained, and I noticed condensation in my left rear tail light that didn't exist before. Clearly, a seal was broken in my tail light which had to have been caused by my having been rear-ended. When I brought this issue to the collision center's attention, they didn't want to do anything about it. They said that "it wasn't the tail light that they had replaced, so it's not under warranty." My point was that this tail light should have also been replaced from the damage caused by the accident. Granted, when they repaired the car, it probably wasn't evident that any seals had been broken because there hadn't been any rain, but once it became clear that it had been broken as part of the accident, I feel that it should have been fixed.
Everyone here is very kind. My insurance has brought me here twice and it was a great experience each time. They kept me updated on the progress of my car throughout the process and when I got my car back it was in great condition. so happy with their service!!!
My catalytic converter was stolen on December 16, they towed the same day! Took a little longer because of the holidays but they were very professional. Would definitely recommend

I had an awesome experience at Francis Collison. I dropped my car off on friday, and they had my car repaired 4 days later. They provided the rental pick up and drop off at their shop so i had nothing extra to do which made my experience a great one!
There service with body work, painting was great. Bailey, the associate, was professional and kind and made my claim easy.

My car's repairs were done in a week's time. It's very stressful to have to be in the situation of car repair but the people were nice and sympathetic. Would definitely go back if needed (let's just hope I don't need it).

Francis Collision Center has been my go to place for any auto body repair. I am impressed with their knowledge and their ability to make the repairs just right. I would recommend them and always do to friends or people I run into who have had an unfortunate accident. I give them 5 stars easily

Unfortunately this is the second car I've had to repair....fortunately, I chose Francis both times! They did a beautiful job on both my cars. God forbid I should ever have to have another car reassembled, but if I do, I will definitely be coming back to Francis Collision.

I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Francis Collision Centre! The side of my car was swiped so it had a pretty good amount of damage to it, my Geico insurance referred me here and I couldn’t be more happier! Francis Collision Centre had my car for a short two weeks and I just picked it up today! I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the front desk and overall staff was! In addition, the office was very clean and organized, I felt very comfortable being there. When it was ready to be picked up it looked brand new! They even washed it for me! The consistent updates on how my car was coming along was also huge plus! I couldn’t be more happier with Francis Collision Centre, they are definitely my go to from now on! I highly recommend!

It's a collision repair shop. What do you expect? Lol! Ladies at the front desk were very knowledgeable and welcoming. Nothing but smiles. The mechanics were also extremely thorough in explaining the estimate. Though not necessary, I thought the phone calls providing constant updates were very beneficial.
We took our car in for repair of the front end. They provided updates on our car via text and phone. When we picked up our car we had questions about the appearance and Bret was kind to answer our questions and even called 2 technicians for their opinions and fix a minor issue. Best place to take your car!

I recommend Francis Collision Centre for any auto bodywork. They work with your insurance, so there is no hassle. Kevin, who did the estimate on my car, did a really good job. He explained the details and assured me that they can take of it. As for the bodywork that was done, they did a really good job - it looked brand-new again. The front staff, Juanita and Audra, are also helpful and always kept me updated about my vehicle status.

After driving my newer car for only 2 months it was hit in a parking lot....grr! Needed a new front bumper..picked Francis Collision Centre #1) their location; #2) the office staff was great in answering all my questions; #3) how well they communicated with me by texts and phone calls about the status of the work #4) the rental car experience, pick up and drop off at their facility and #5) When I needed to take it back for a very, very minor issue they took care of it promptly and treated me respectfully even tho it was like I said very minor! Highly recommend Francis Collision Centre!

Took my car in last week for repairs, when I picked it up on Friday I noticed some scratches on the roof that were not there when I took it in, so showed it to Jesse and he said no problem, bring it in next week and I'll take care of it. Took it in on Tues. and 4 hrs later they had it done, perfectly. I have been using Francis for over 20 years and have always been perfectly satisfied with their work and any follow up, if their was any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends, knowing that they will step up to satisfy the customer. My car got repaired here through the insurance and nothing out of my pocket. I had deep concerns that the estimated 1-2 weeks would take 2 or more weeks to repair. Mainly that the repairs weren’t coming out of my wallet, and the shop could take advantage by replacing parts if something could instead be repaired for example. This was speculation with no grounds for thinking that based on my experience here, but I worried nonetheless. Thankfully this was not the case and I got my car back in 6 days. My car was returned not in the same condition it was received. Dash cams unplugged and tilted downward, some napkins and receipts left on the passenger seat, and the mirrors changed. These are minor but worth noting. The repairs to the vehicle itself were great and no problem so far. Some parts and sensors behind the bumper, and a front bumper were repaired. All throughout the 6 days, they kept me updated through text and called to make sure I knew the status of the repairs on my vehicle. On a side note, the rental from enterprise provided by them was subpar and reeked of smoke. I’d like to thank Kevin for being professional and breaking things down on what they will be repairing.
My driver's side door was vandalized, door wouldn't lock, open and window didn't go down. Now my car is all fixed! Thanks Francis!!

My experience with Francis Collision Center was a very GOOD one. When I was rear ended on December 3rd, my car was fixed by this repair center and my car looks better than it did before the accident. From dropping my car off, to obtaining a rental car, to consistent texts updating me on the status of my car repair, I can say that this experience was a VERY NON STRESSFUL one.
