UPDATE 3/6/24 - Today, I'm upgrading my star rating because, after my initial review, Francis Collision Center took it upon themselves to order me a new tail light, and they replaced it today. I appreciated that they went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied in the end. They also fixed another minor issue from the initial repair, and they gave it back to me washed. (Sometimes, the little things mean a lot). Pros: I appreciated that Francis Collision Centre regularly kept me abreast of the progress of the repair of my vehicle. Whenever there were delays due to backlog of vehicles or delayed delivery of parts, they kept me informed. The repair was decent. It looked good. Cons: After receiving the car back, not long after, it rained, and I noticed condensation in my left rear tail light that didn't exist before. Clearly, a seal was broken in my tail light which had to have been caused by my having been rear-ended. When I brought this issue to the collision center's attention, they didn't want to do anything about it. They said that "it wasn't the tail light that they had replaced, so it's not under warranty." My point was that this tail light should have also been replaced from the damage caused by the accident. Granted, when they repaired the car, it probably wasn't evident that any seals had been broken because there hadn't been any rain, but once it became clear that it had been broken as part of the accident, I feel that it should have been fixed.
I took my vehicle to Francis Collision Centre due to someone backing into me. Even with having to go through someone else’s insurance, everyone at Francis's was super nice and very accommodating. My car looks great again!!
First of all I Have Geico Insurance So it was Extremely easy to use. Made an appointment with Geico for the estimate. When I got there is was quick & complete since Francis Collision has a section for Geico & Enterprise car rental. So its a 1 Stop Shop. 2nd Everyone was so friendly Especially the girls in front. 3rd It was done quickly, professionally & carries a lifetime warranty as long as I own my car.
They did a great job. I appreciate them going above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of.
I am extremely happy with the work done by there team ! Took my car in on a Tuesday and had it back by Thursday !!! I would highly recommend them to anyone I know ! Thank you again for keeping me updated the whole way!
Great customer service. Everyone is super friendly. Work completion time was relatively fast and they notified me everyday via text and voicemail letting me know the status. The end result was amazing. Quality work and they detailed my car inside and out before I picked it up.
This place is amazing. The delivery of customer service is excellent the desk staff are great at keeping you updated, and extremely nice. Kevin was my estimator and was very professional, respectful, confident, helpful, and listens which is a great skill for customer satisfaction. I got my car before the due date. The quality work at this places is amazing!!!!! I am really happy I was sent here for my car to be repaired. Kevin deserves a big pay increase. He is an asset to this company! I will recommend family and friends for body work anytime! 😊
I was very satisfied with Francis Collision Center. The staff was extremely friendly and easy to work with. They got my car in within a week and had it done the day after I dropped it off. My car looks as good as new.

In the stressful experience of a car accident, it’s nice to be able to rely on a business like Francis to provide excellent service and keep you updated throughout the repair process. Everyone is extremely friendly and they do great work. I take my car there every time I’m in an accident. Would definitely recommend!
we just picked up our baby, she had a some work done that took awhile but we understand the back order of items and it was worth the wait. they did an awesome job and they back their work up by 💯% . NICE.

Had my car broken in to three times twice they stole it and went on and messed up my windshild. Got all my repairs done each time here and they were able to detail the inside because who knows what they were doing in my car. Thanks for the attention to details.

Took my 2015 kia optima in to be fixed, they were friendly and fast. Everyone from the front desk to the body collision people were so nice. I will be back and recommend them to everyone . Oh and I also got a parting gift.🥰👍🏾
Awesome place to get vehicle fixed. They also wash your vehicle when they’re done fixing it… Excellent customer service. The young ladies in the front are awesome!!

We had a great experience at Francis Collision. The front staff was very helpful and good at keeping us updated on the status of our vehicle and estimated completion date. They also sent us updates over text which I liked. They were quick and responsive any time I called as well. The repairs were excellent too. We had Kevin helping us. When we went to pick up our car there were some additional areas needing fixing and they took the car back to fix. We worked with them through our insurance and they handled all of that which was very nice.
They are the most efficient and organized Repair shop I have ever used. Very friendly and keep you informed about your car repair. The one thing we observed is how clean the bays were kept. I recommend them to any and all!

I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Francis Collision Centre! The side of my car was swiped so it had a pretty good amount of damage to it, my Geico insurance referred me here and I couldn’t be more happier! Francis Collision Centre had my car for a short two weeks and I just picked it up today! I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the front desk and overall staff was! In addition, the office was very clean and organized, I felt very comfortable being there. When it was ready to be picked up it looked brand new! They even washed it for me! The consistent updates on how my car was coming along was also huge plus! I couldn’t be more happier with Francis Collision Centre, they are definitely my go to from now on! I highly recommend!
My husband Frank has used them 2x's now and has been extremely satisfied. Our insurance wanted us to use another company but my husband is very picky about who touches his car, because he was highly satisfied the first time he told the insurance he was only going to use Francis Collision. considering that I am a very impatient person. I have never experienced any kind of business with great customer service calling and giving me updates on my vehicle. They are excellent with color matching to my vehicle repair. friendliness, sufficiency and professionalism I rate this place A++
They were so professional during the entire process. My vehicle literally looks better than it did before the accident. They went out of their way to fix my car handles that had broken before the accident, matched the paint perfectly and even welded my back bumper that had prior damage so that it looked brand new. I would definitely reccomed and would come back in future if needed

They are as fast as they can be. I see that they have a lot of business and they accommodate as fast as they can. Their work is backed by a 100% guarantee as long as you own the vehicle. Now that's got to mean something.

This was my second time bringing my vehicle for body work to Francis Collision and once again I was not disappointed, beautiful work and they communicated the entire process and were fast!

My recent experience with Francis collision center Was Excellent I love the one stop shop everybody in there Was so nice and helpful The ladies at the front desk Joe from Geico....The people in the shop ...Vince from Enterprise .... Just a wonderful experience....
My car got repaired here through the insurance and nothing out of my pocket. I had deep concerns that the estimated 1-2 weeks would take 2 or more weeks to repair. Mainly that the repairs weren’t coming out of my wallet, and the shop could take advantage by replacing parts if something could instead be repaired for example. This was speculation with no grounds for thinking that based on my experience here, but I worried nonetheless. Thankfully this was not the case and I got my car back in 6 days. My car was returned not in the same condition it was received. Dash cams unplugged and tilted downward, some napkins and receipts left on the passenger seat, and the mirrors changed. These are minor but worth noting. The repairs to the vehicle itself were great and no problem so far. Some parts and sensors behind the bumper, and a front bumper were repaired. All throughout the 6 days, they kept me updated through text and called to make sure I knew the status of the repairs on my vehicle. On a side note, the rental from enterprise provided by them was subpar and reeked of smoke. I’d like to thank Kevin for being professional and breaking things down on what they will be repairing.

I love them! In the last couple months I have had to visit a few time through my insurance company for vandalism and also a small collision. They are super fast and reliable. When they give you a date of completion it is always on time or early. My experience has been very pleasant I would recommend to anyone I know ! They get the job done well and efficiently.

The receptionist were professional and friendly and had great personality and communication skill. They also speak Spanish. I don't but I've been in Fresno long enough to recognize the language. Lol. We brought our car in on the 20th of November and received the cars back Dec 3rd. Not counting Thanks giving and Black friday (cause no professionals work those days) it was only in a little over a week. They also made the process really easy! 5/5 would get rear ended again!
Gave consistent updates on my vehicle repair process to keep me in the loop. Received my vehicle back in perfect condition, like nothing ever was damaged. Even washed n vacuumed! Though I hope not to need another vehicle repair, but if I do, this is the place to go.

My car was taken good care of and was done only one day after day thought might. The office personnel were very knowledgeable and respectful. Great front desk and reception staff. I was able to process my claim in no time! This is big because the last thing you wanna have to deal with is complicated insurance claim process on top of your on going issues with the vehicle itself!👌

Had my car fixed here within a week they got it done. They took care of contacting the insurance renting a car for me they helped out a lot. Would really recommend.
A+ job. They were able to meet with me quickly, texted me updates throughout the process, and provided rides to and from the Centre.
I really appreciate how kind everyone was in office. The gentleman that helped most with my truck is beyond amazing. KEVIN made sure I understood the process every step of the way, and made regular calls just to keep me updated(as well as the ladies in office). I never had to wonder what was going on because he was on it. Shout out to Kevin, you are amazing.

Kevin Iskandar is excellent estimator he goes far and beyond for the customrt satisfaction hope to worl with him next tome and i highly recommend him under francis collision hes the best
They fixed my truck the right way and even went above by touching up an area that wasn't on the estimate. The staff was also very easy to deal with, always had a smile and warm greeting. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their car fixed the right and timely way.

I have had some unfortunate luck & had to bring my vehicle in 3 times over the last 2 years due to accidents that were not my fault🥹Each and every person at Francis has been extraordinarily helpful, friendly, informative and I have had super prompt service. My catalytic converter was stolen on December 16, they towed the same day! Took a little longer because of the holidays but they were very professional. Would definitely recommend
